More than than 25 years of experience in conflict management and resolution in the public policy space. Experienced mediator, facilitator, trainer and International Coach Federation credentialed coach.

I have guided over 300 groups, including government and private sector organizations, to identify their most important needs, generate options, manage conflict, negotiate, reach agreements and set action plans to achieve higher function.

For the past four years in higher eduation, as Associate Director of the Wallace Stegner Center Environmental Dispute Resolution (EDR) program at the University of Utah, I built EDR’s professional coaching program as I coached public leaders and teams. I co-developed and instructed EDR’s Conflict and Collaboration Certificate Course.

As an experienced program director and deeply skilled facilitator, now I am focused on guiding clients to their own power, wisdom and possibility. My favorite work continues to be working with government leadership teams. Engagement with my facili-training offerings is adult development and more like a dance than grinding difficulty. It’s energy work.
